Arrow Shipping Agency Co., Ltd: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Senior Sales Executive.

Job Scope:

1. Generate incremental volume and maximizing margin contribution to the overall network
2. Generate incremental SOC /COC /NVOCC volume & MPT target set by Liner Management , HQ
3. Perform market studies / research on new trade and business

1. To provide service for customer (Quotation, Check Shipment detail, Sailing schedule & other…..)
2. To follow up daily booking SOC & COC
3. Weekly update projection both COC & SOC to HQ-Trade for all vessel RBC2/RSK7,8/RCX2 service
4. Provide a satisfactory solution to the client’s complaint if any
5. Daily sales call planning and visiting including new prospect
6. To promote and find out more outbound/inbound volume
7. To check inbound customer and send Sale Lead to POL for secure booking
8. To chase long stay container / payment for SOC/COC
9. To update WMR/MMR/SPT to country Manager
10. File quotation COC & SOC
11. Coordinate with Partners, HQ for feeder space, mother vessel and forecast
12. To update outbound COC & SOC forecast in Service Forecast Monitoring
13. To updating weekly & monthly SOC & COC Report
14. Assist document dept for servicing customer when required
15. To follow up the document and container receivable for COC & SOC with Operation
16. Keep monitoring and updated competitors activities & rate to sales teams & HQ-Trade
17. Liaise / co-ordinate with HQ-Trade Team, Location Head and Region Heads on matters pertaining to New Services / deployment, re-deployment, potential Joint Services, Slots Exchanges, Sales / Purchase of fixed slots arrangement
18. Ensure that customers' needs are met in order to achieve highest revenue possible without compromising the Policy of RCL
19. Conduct regular sales calls and visits to foster good customer relations
20. Follow-up on outstanding payment and ensure collection

• Good command of English and Khmer
• Ability to increase and drive sales target and expand market
