-       Create production requirement to set up inspection standard

-       Perform mid and end of production inspections

-       Identify issues and find solution                   

Sourcing:

-       Identify Qualified Factories in Cambodia based on client specifications

-       Coordinate samples and develop prototypes 

-       Pricing, Terms and Negotiation

-       Vendor Relationship Building

-       Coordinate Logistics

-       Coordinate with Shanghai and Houston office on a daily basis

Skills-                           Knowledge on quality control

                                    Familiar with cut and sew products

                                    Can explain/define the Scientific Method. 

                                    Provides options - not just presents problems
