InterCam TH Pharma is looking for Cosmetics and Beauty Sales Specialists to serves customers by selling cosmetics and beauty products, develops and manages a territory to achieve the maximum sales goals and maintain profitability. All Cosmetics and Beauty Sales Specialists are expected to live within 75 driving minutes of the epicenter of the territory. Epicenter of this territory is PhnomPenh, Cambodia.

• Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential customers like hair salon, beauty salon, spa, beauty shop, markets, pharmacies, beauty care centers
• Submit activity and result reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analysis to management
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information
• Maintain professional knowledge by working with company’s experts regarding additional training and product knowledge
• Maintain up to date pre and post call records on customer sales

The Sales Manager

• Bachelor’s degree or university students (trained by InterCam’ experts)
• One or more years of sales experience preferred
• Knowledge of the cosmetics and beauty industry and products in Cambodia is a plus
• Strong negotiation skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to develop long term relationships
• Customer service skills
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and clear driving record
• Must be able to frequently lift and carry up to 20 pounds
