• College degree or above, major in economics, finance or business administration
• 5 years of senior management experience in the banking credit department or 2 years of senior management experience in microfinance companies
• Familiar with financial laws and regulations, regulatory policies, and national industry and industrial policies. He has extensive banking credit business knowledge and practical experience, and has strong credit analysis and risk management capabilities
