• Keep track and process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Prepare bills, invoices and bank deposits
• Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Verify discrepancies by and resolve guests’ billing issues
• Facilitate swift payment of invoices due to the Hotel by sending bill reminders and contacting OTA with outstanding accounts; and
• Generate reports detailing accounts receivable status

The Financial Controller

• BBA in Accounting is prefer
• Proficiency in English and MS Office
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Negotiation skills
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
