We are looking for Administration!

An established company is seeking for a suitable candidate to join them as an Office Administrative Assistant. Attractive salary and staff benefits Dynamic and fast pace working environment.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Administrative work in office
  • Running as per required errands 
  • AR administration / coordination with CFO and Bank
  • Keep track of customer's payment details to ensure that there's no overdue AR
  • Maintain Petty cash flow records
  • Issue Sales Invoice and other supporting document processing
  • Attend to visiting customers at front reception.
  • Follow up on inquiries and feedback.
  • May be required to assist our visiting foreign clients
  • Assisting in communication with Khmer speaking locals
  • Assisting in corporate presentation
  • Making appointment with prospective clients/partners
  • Assist in getting required resources for office
  • Any other duties to be assigned.

តំរូវការផ្សេងៗទៀត

  • Preferable working experience in PR/B2B field
  • At least 1 years Office/Finance/Accounting work experience
  • Bachelor's (or higher) degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field and Degree in Accounting Proficiency
  • Sincere with integrity and positive attitude, good team player, willing to learn and work under pressure
  • Computer knowledge (Ms. Word & Advance Excel, Quick-Book, Internet & E-mail)
  • Candidates able to converse in Japanese/Mandarin will be a plus
  • Good English communication skills and high proficiency in Excel
  • Ability to communicate in English is a MUST
