EXO TRAVEL provides travel services for tour operators, travel agents, event organizers and individuals from around the world.

We are looking for an Adventure Manager to lead and work as part of a passionate team that provides highly personalized service to Adventure travel companies, delivered by people that understand Adventure Travel, specializing in Cycling, Trekking, and Multi-Activity trips.

• University Degree.
• Good knowledge of destination
• Good cross cultural communication & negotiation skills in English (both written & spoken), and other languages is a plus.
• High degree of customer service.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
• Leadership, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to motivate and train staff.
• Ability to work at international standards level of personal conduct and presentation.
• Computer skill (word, excel, outlook) and detail oriented.
