vidEBee: Currently, we are looking for a 2D and 3D Animator.

• Create and develop industry leading gameplay animations and animations that support the narrative of the game
• Support motion capture processes from rehearsals to final performance
• Have a proactive working relationship with the Animation Director and Animation Lead to ensure assets and direction are consistent and hits the expected quality goals
• Work closely with the Animation Team to ensure animation quality is consistent throughout the project long iterative processes
• Work with the Animation team and others to ensure pipelines and tools developed are to the needs of the whole department
• Showcase experience, quality and strong decision making skills for what makes excellent gaming assets

• You will report into our Khmer local Head and they will support you on a day to day basis. We will provide animation projects from the UK, USA and Singapore

• You will have 3-4 years experience in animation and have access to the tools you require to make quality computer animations.
• You will lead the projects and make sure they are completed on time and within budget
• Bachelor's Degree
• Experienced (Non-manager)
• Some English would be great
• Excellent understanding of classic animation principles demonstrated in a demo reel
• Excellent quality level for producing high quality animation assets
• Strong Keyframe Animation skills
• Experienced knowledge and understanding of producing in-game animation assets
• Strong self-management skills and to be able to bring animation assets in on desired timeframes, at the expected quality levels
• Visual story telling skills, beneficial
• Able to work exceptional well within a team: willingness to give and receive feedback, and the ability to embrace change; ability to collaborate productively with others
• Excellent knowledge of 3DS max and/or Maya
• Experienced knowledge of the Unreal Engine or similar game engine
• Experienced knowledge of Motion Builder
• A strong understanding of the Motion Capture process
• Knowledge of editing software (Premiere/After Effects)
