One of the leading international companies specialised in real estate development project in Cambodia is looking for an Architect.

The Architect will monitor designs and will lead projects on-site by liaising with manufacturers and suppliers.

At least 10 years of relevant experiences working on or with large scale international projects and working experience with a construction company, developer, and architecture or engineering company.

Proficiency in English.

• Oversee the design of a variety of projects and monitor and check work on-site
• Establish general landscape requirements with clients, conduct preliminary studies of the site assess sites’ potential to meet the client's specifications
• Carry out environmental impact assessments and reports
• Seek and take into account the views of local residents, potential users, and parties with a vested interest in the project preparing and presenting detailed plans and working drawings
• Present proposals to clients, deal with enquiries and negotiate any amendments to the final design
• Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers selecting a contractor and manager (for larger projects), and leading cross-functional teams
• Liaise with other professionals on the project
• Attend public inquiries to give evidence if necessary and generating new business opportunities

To the Head of Project or Design Manager

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent
• Strong leadership and organisation skills
• Good analytical mind and result oriented
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
