9BASE is a company providing service construction, real estate and property management. We are looking for Architect Supervisor.

• Draw 2D or 3D and detail structure
• Render structure design and Work as site engineer
• Inspect location for billboard construction
• Do construction work planning and do interior design
• Summit completion report to Administrative Manager
• Assist Administrative Manager to request
• Construction license from the government
• Work with authority on site construction
• Do a research of concepts design for all PPML Products and building
• Coordinate with Production Dept for the concept structure design and Specification of the products
• Inspect location for all PPML products
• Check constructions on real site
• Any work assign by Architecture Design Director

• BA/MBA Degree a MUST in Architecture or Engineering, Construction Management or Construction, Science from an International recognized university
• Experience in drawing up detailed design for site works and the coordination with building workers
• To execute tasks using computer software such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD Architecture, 3D Studio MAX, Sketch up Pro. V-Ray Plug-in and Adobe Creative Suites such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
• Strong Project Management skill & Creative
• Hard working, mature, pro-active, result-oriented, honest and good interpersonal skill
• Must be able to lead a team on projects
• Highly organized, flexible and initiative
• Able to travel to province for work at site
