Automotive Lubricant Manager

An oil product and shop market in Cambodia. They are looking for an Automotive Lubricant Manager who will be in charge of the sales performance in accordance with business objectives. Achieve business objectives assigned from year to year. In addition to increase of sale volume & brand visibility, payment collection has to be reduced gradually. Assist in customer profile analysis before giving the credit term to customers. This assessment is to avoid bad debt condition. Closely follow up with the inventory of any slow or fast moving stock. Respect the Code of Conduct and HSEQ rules and policies for him/herself and team. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

  • To Increase sales volume in order to reach volume objective and to double sales volume in 5 years or 12-15% growth per year
  • Monitor closely competitors activities and pricing situation and revise if necessary in order to maintain good profit
  • lead weekly meeting, follow up collection status, and share key issues, competitor info with sale rep
  • The Job Holder’s primary function is to develop and implement a sales and marketing strategy for Lubricant activity in order for the company to fast growth and profitability in this area
  • This requires that an achievable strategy is formulated, recommended, approved and implemented, and reviewed on an ongoing basis in line with changing Group and Company objectives
  • Take action and coordinate relevant departments and regional offices for smuggle Total and Elf products
  • The Job Holder requires a thorough knowledge of the Lube market in Cambodia, and must have extensive sales and marketing experience in the industry
  • Ability to formulate strategy and motivate and mentor a developing team is important
  • Deal with tasks related to regional level and as well related to group level
  • maintain good relationship with key customers in order to make them motivated and keep selling company lube products
  • The Job holder is running a Solar Project for selling Solar Lantern by using existing distribution channels, looking more new distributors especially micro-finance. Increase effectively of brand awareness for new products
