• Work all aspects of operations activities including all Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) matters, ensure efficient refueling and other aviation depot operations
• Work in refueling activities at the apron and in the aviation depot. Acting as operator in the event of manpower shortage
• Supervise the stock control including loss control for the depot
• Perform safely the into plane service using the refueller at the airfield and in the aviation depot
• Ensure all loading, discharging, stock date are entered in the relevant systems (e.g. Avidial) and coordinated with head quarter if required
• Be responsible for the whole operation and maintenance of the aviation depots facilities in accordance to the processes and procedures for aviation depots
• Coordinate with external garages for maintenance works of the trucks, refuellers and trailers. Coordinate with operator and technician to perform maintenance and checks of refuellers, trailers and vehicles, in professional and efficient ways in accordance with company's objectives
• Ensure quality control checks of product to comply with aviation refueling standard such as MOCQAT and JIG; help and work with mechanic or technician to check and test fixed and mobiles facilities, loading and unloading bridgers, loading and topping up refuellers and trailers
• Assist the depot manager in development of HSE matters and keep depot tidy
• Work in all other tasks assigned by the depot manager

The Aviation Depot Manager

• Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanic or Electric
• Good knowledge of petroleum industry, operational practice, safety requirement and practices in the inventory stock control gain and loss
• Valid truck driving license
