Our synergy and strategic partnerships locally and within Asia have enabled us to spread our wings further to include Corporate Services including Legal & Compliance, Corporate HR Development Consultancy as well as Private Equity Investment operations within the Group.

We would like you to co-own and lead the following functions so we can capitalize on its potential growth together.

Key technical skills and responsibilities for the role remain pretty much what you love to do as a corporate/commercial banker, but with a twist that you now:

• Represent the Group as subject matter expert, especially in helping clients in all banking and debt funding requirements both operationally and for strategic planning purposes, thereby maximizing the clients’ benefits and business interests
• Own the function and therefore are required to ensure its business viability through rigorous pipeline development and follow-up, personalized clients’ relationships management, and drive synergistic services for the Group; while
• At the same time and from scratch build a business model where an “A” team is nurtured and the business knowledge is retained

If you are a seasoned career banker and:

• Still absolutely in love with your corporate/commercial banking skills but believe that there shall be better alternatives to client management and servicing
• Still feel very emotionally attached to your client base and their projects but believe that those clients of yours deserve better
• Seeing yourself more as an entrepreneur rather than an employee, and are now serious about stepping into the real entrepreneurial world
