Baitong Hotel and Resort: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Barista.

• Create the experience to customers, promote coffee culture and provide prompt service
• Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers
• Delivers legendary customer service to all customers. Discovers and responds to customer needs
• Maintains a clean and organized store environment and workspace
• Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed
• Follows the Hotel operational policies and procedures
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality

• Minimum of 1-year experiences
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and build relationships.
• Ability to communicate in English clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
