Bodia Bookings Coordinator

Bodia Nature is a leading Well Being Brand in the Kingdom of Cambodia and the whole of South East Asia. Established since 2006 following the success of Bodia Spa the brand is growing very rapidly and has the ambition to export towards China, Europe and USA in addition to a domestic market share increase.

In order to maximize its spa booking efficiency, Bodia requires a new Bookings Coordinator to fulfill the following vital roles: maximise the sales of the spa by providing a smooth and efficient booking process and procedure.

The Bookings Coordinator performs a vital role in taking and recording all bookings into the spa booking system with no error, conflict or duplication.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

  • Daily Tasks
  • Answering of Telephone within 5 seconds to take inquiries and bookings to all spa locations across Cambodia
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with customers of different nationalities to understand their booking needs. Most likely the bookings will be made in English.
  • Communicate closely with various Bodia Spa Reception to make sure about vacancies.
  • Hourly checking of the Spa Booking email address to take bookings and answer queries to customers, answering all booking requests and inquiries within 30 minutes of receipt of email during business hours.
  • Send Emails in fluent English confirming bookings to customers
  • Accurate input of booking times and types into the Bodia Booking System instantly (schedule, customer’s name, treatments chosen, rates to be charged by reception, pick up service, specific customer’s requests…)
  • Constant checking of the booking system to ensure no duplications or conflicts
  • Managing Group bookings of partners (Travel Agencies/Hotels etc)
  • Sending daily Forecast report of bookings for each Spa Location
  • Weekly Tasks
  • Attending Operations Team Meeting to share good feedback and procedures and processes

At least 3 years of experience in a customer service related role

Fluent in English (writing and speaking) – IELTS 6.5 or TOEIC 700 or TOEFL CBT 225
