Branch Manager

A financial cooperative which belongs to its members that share common interests is looking for a Branch Manager who will be in charge of ensuring the commercial and memberships’ development of the Branch, managing the branch team and driving the financial management of the branch. He/she will be based in Siem Reap.

  • Ensure the commercial and memberships’ development of the Branch by staying out in the field and promote product and service
  • Manage the branch team
  • Drive the financial management of the branch
  • Monitor saving and loan activities
  • Develop partnerships

5 years, experience of similar role in financial institute is preferred
