Our company is authorized food franchise brands of Carl's Jr from the US, Cold Stone Creamery from the US, Gyu-Kaku BBQ from Japan, On-Yasai Shabu Shabu soup from Japan, and Pappa Rich from Malaysia. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best quality food and service and develop ourselves to be the largest company in fast food and restaurant in Cambodia.

• Finding and Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of competition status
• Assist in develop & implement sales and promotion plans with proper sale data tracking
• Look for new areas of market opportunities and capitalize accordingly
• Responsible for the performance and development of the sales team
• Support and oversee sales team to achieve their individual target
• Provides timely, accurate, data to management as per request

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experiences in business development (F &B is preferably)
• Ability to work and direct communication with clients
• Good networking will vary aspects of clients
• Excellent identification of customer needs
• Advanced Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint (SPSS is a plus)
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Understanding of market and business development in Cambodia
