SOUTH EAST ASIA TELECOM (Cambodia) CO.,LTD: Currently, we are looking for a Call Center Agent ( English Speaking or Chinese Speaking ).

•  Provide professional support to customers, receive phone calls and consult with customer, solving problem for customer etc
• Inform clients by explaining procedures; answering questions, providing information
• Provide customers with product and service information or promotion
• Complete call logs produce call reports to Supervisor

• Graduate/ Studying Bachelor Degree
• Good command in Chinese by including listening, reading and writing, being able to read and write English
• Must be excellent communication skills and always be patient
• Experience in related field is preferable
• Ability to deal with difficult situations
• Initiative, high sense of responsibility
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
