• Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; verifying information
• Determines requirements by working with customers
• Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information
• Maintains communication equipment by reporting problems
• Maintains call center database by entering information

• Verbal Communication
• 1 or 2 year experience with customer service or call center
• People Skills, Informing, Customer Focus
• Customer Service, Attention to Detail
• English Communication or Chinese Speaking is Prefer
