KT Express Logistic Co., Ltd is looking for the Cash Collector.

• Handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers
• Travel with Delivery Team to collect payment (cash/cheque) from customers as per schedules & locations
• Print and hand out invoice/receipt/credit note/debit note to customers
• Perform payment clearing in system
• Maintain safe and deposit collection to company’s bank account
• Prepare Payment Collection Report, AR Aging Report, and other reports of transactions for Line Manager
• Ensure no counterfeit bills are received from customers
• Assist Line Manager in handling petty cash transactions and reports
• Perform Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager

• Possessing at least Bac II degree and any equivalent degree
• Having at least 1 years of experience with cashier role or cash clearing with sale team
• Being able to travel to provinces and stay overnight if required to perform task (transportation and accommodation is provided)
• Having good communication skill and able to deal with customers for payment collection
• Having commitment, trust, and problem-solving skill
• Being able to use read and write English is an advantage
