THE SHOP is a professional bakery, bistro and catering service.

We are looking for a Cleaner with at least 1 year experience.

Must be able to communicate in English in writing and reading.

• Undertake as a part of a team (supervised by the kitchen manager or supervisor) the cleaning of designated areas within the kitchen, bakery, catering, the shop, the shop too and office department
• Clean and wash all dishes, cups, glasses, fork, knifes etc. and equipment of catering
• Clean and wash all used equipment by kitchen, pastry and bakery
• Ensure that all glasses, cups, dishes, equipment etc. are kept clean in a food save manner and stored away at the right place
• Clean, wash, mob and sweep flours, doors, windows and equipment
• Clean and use hi presser machine for the drainage
• Move machines and equipment to assist cleaning
• Empty rubbish bins and clean them
• Communicate with your colleges and give each other updates about the job
• Take orders from the kitchen manager or supervisor and follow up on them
• Order cleaning supplies and equipment to the office or purchaser
• Give updates to the kitchen manager or your supervisor if asked or when needed. He will provide you with cleaning specifications of designated areas
• Ensure the work is carried out to the standard, required by the kitchen manager/supervisor
