A.C. Investment Co.Ltd: currently, we are looking fro a Cleaner with at least 1 year experience and be able to communicate in English in speaking.

• Undertake as a part of a team for the cleaning of designated areas within office department
• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
• Clean, wash, mob and sweep flours, doors, windows and equipment
• Empty rubbish bins and clean them
• Communicate with your colleges and give each other updates about the job
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activitie
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repair
• Make adjustments and minor repairs
• Stock and maintain supply room
• Follow all health and safety regulation
• Ensure the work is carried out to the standard, required by the supervisor

The Project Manager/Supervisor

• At least 1 year experience
