* Salary (Negotiation)
* Work from Monday to Saturday (Day Off: Sunday and 01-day rotation)
* 30$ per month for traveling from home to work
* 300$ for staff baby delivery both male staff and female staff
* 100$ for staff’s marriage
* 100$ for funeral contribution
* 200% Overtime on public holiday
* 18 days per year for Annual leave, sick leave, special leave, public holiday
* Outpatient Coverage 50$ per staff/year and 50$ per child/ year
* Annual Health Check covered by company
* Annual Salary Increase
* Staff’s lease with low interest rate
* Insurance NSSF covered by company
* HR compliance fee such as Workbook, Health Check up with Ministry of Labor
* Bonus depend on company policy

Collection Manager

ការសង្ខេបពីមុខតំណែងការងារ

JACCS FINANCE (Cambodia) Plc: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Collection Manager.

កាតព្វកិច្ចនិងតួនាទី

1. Collection

  • To reduce the NPL rate and manage the litigation cases
  • To make the collection policy
  • To manage on budget and actual expense related to overdue debts

2. Loan Management

  • To create the provision account for bad debt and NBC report
  • To make the bad debt budget plan and forecast
  • To handle on the loan re-schedule and bad debt write-off
  • To manage the customer service (after disbursal)
  • To review & analyze overdue data and feedback to other department

3. Mortgage Management

  • To manage the motorbike registration Certificate (withdraw)
  • To manage the collateral product and repossession from customer for reselling
  • To control the customer inquiry about the early payment and other requests
  • To perform other task assigned by Japanese Management

* Bachelor degree of finance and banking, accounting, or related field
* At least 5-year work experience in MFI or Banking
* Strong negotiation and problem-solving skill
* Good at time management and leadership
* Strong commitment and able to work under pressure

* Good in English communication
* Be able to work with high sense of confidentiality
