We are looking for a Community Manager to build and lead our marketing efforts! If you are a self-driven, ambitious, and tech-savvy professional, we would love to meet you! We are expecting you to be experienced in social media, PR, and promotional events.  Ultimately, you will be acting as the face and voice of our brand, and building a community around our product and managing all communications and interactions within the community.

• Plan, create, and implement communication campaigns and strategies
• Provide engaging text, image, and video content for all social media accounts
• Respond to customers in a timely manner
• Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
• Attend, organize, and manage events to boost brand awareness
• Build relationships with customers, industry professionals, and journalists

• Proven work experience as a Community Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in planning and leading community initiatives
• Ability to identify and track relevant community KPIs
• Excellent verbal communication and writing skills (in both Khmer & English)Excellent interpersonal and presentations skills
• Hands-on experience with social media management
• Ability to interpret and analyze website traffic
• Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Communication, or any relevant field
