Our client is one of the leading Fin-Tech companies in the world. They are looking for a Country Manager who will be responsible for managing all operations, supporting, designing and directing business and marketing strategies to achieve the company’s targets. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Identify any potential compliance issues or urgent needs to support business continuity
• Design and implement business strategies to increase net deposit in country by following the targets
• Design efficient sales-oriented organizational models and prepare country/office specific performance analysis
• Determine the KPIs of sales team and managing the sales team
• Daily and weekly report to the headquarters
• Manage IB relationships and find new IBs
• Expand customer network and retail customer portfolio
• Effectively oversee overall business activities and operations within the country

• Country Business Development Officer and CEO of the Group

• Bachelor, MBA or equivalent degree
• At least 5 year experiences within financial sector, preferably Foreign Exchange or Fin-Tech Company
• Strong communication, flexible, proactive attitude and teamwork skills
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management ability
• Fluent in English
