• Assist to help a large number of incoming calls and emails
• Handle to managing customers’ accounts
• Control to keeping a record of customer interaction and details of actions taken from time to time
• Assist to generating sales leads, building sustainable relationships where necessary
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Perform other duties assigned by line manager

Description

• Bachelor degree in Public Administration, Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or relevant required
• At least 1-year experience in Customer Service function or relevant experience
• Proficiency Chinese a must (Fluent speaking, writing reading)
• Being friendly, convincing, patient, flexible, disciplinary, well behaved and smartly dressed and possessing good interpersonal skills
• Good command of computer (Internet, Email, Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Self-motivated/ patient and commits to company's mission, vision and core values
