EXO TRAVEL provides travel services for tour operators, travel agents, event organizers and individuals from around the world is looking for a Data Entry Officer.

Previous experience in Travel Consultant an advantage.

Good spoken & written English.

• Work under the supervision of the Tourplan Manager to help with the system setting and database entry
• Ensure that tariffs, contracts and suppliers information are input in the system and are up-to-date
• Monitor and maintain the system to ensure effective usage
• Support and Training
• Helpdesk for Tourplan users
• Any other Tourplan related tasks as instructed by the Tourplan Manager

• IT knowledge (Tourplan System or related software) and/or willingness to work with computer and systems
• Ability to plan and implement projects
• Flexible and able to work in a team
• Open-minded to new ideas
• Reliable and trustworthy
