URBANLAND ASIA is seeking for Defects Support Coordinator.

• Ensure that defects are properly recorded and resolved in a timely manner
• Responsible for coordinating with contract workers to address the defects identified
• Oversee the construction, finishing or MEP work as required
• Liase with property management team on the updating of defect work progress 
• Coordinate with internal project management team to address large defect issues as required
• Ability to lead and motivate team to deliver results
• Report work progress 

• Effective communication skills in both Khmer and English preferred
• Able to deal with multinational clients
• Time and work management skills
• Pro-active, flexible, good team spirit
• Organized, detail oriented and motivated
• At least 2 years in construction industry with knowledge of finishing and MEP is essential
• Good with numbers 
• Computer literacy
• Experience with luxury condos preferred
