An organization in Cambodia is looking for an Energy Officer to supervise its projects portfolio in the energy sector and to conduct, follow up the operational activities. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Identify new projects in the energy sector
• Participate to the assessment and contracting of the new projects
• Follow up the implementation of projects in all its aspects (i.e. risk and compliance)
• Organize and accompany the field missions of the local agency or headquarters
• To contribute to intellectual property productions
• Launch initiative for intellectual property productions
• Ensure sector monitoring and produce briefing notes
• Contribute to the definition of organization strategy for the country
• Be the representative for all partners and beneficiaries (local authorities, French Embassy,Development Partners, NGOs, companies, etc.)
• Participate to the sector dialogue and represent organization in all technical meetings

• The applicant should be an energy engineer as the job requires high level skills in the energy sector
• Experience with international organizations and development institutions in particular will be considered as a plus
• Individual should display a positive, team-oriented attitude to match our friendly work environment with colleagues and partners
