Koh Thmey Technology Co, Ltd, Currently, we are looking for an Executive Manager of General Manager Office/ 总经办执行经理.

• Assist GM to formulate and implement the company strategy, maintain and improve the company's management system, formulate and implement the project operation and promotion plan according to the company's objectives
• Optimize the internal efficiency, responsible for team members' career planning and performance evaluation. To optimize the company team according to the assessmentand be responsible of staff employment
• Responsible for the operation of the company's APP products, provide more content based on the local users' preferences, and conduct user experience test on the products to provide suggestion
• Organize research projects, study product phase planning, market strategy, operation and promotion direction by stages
• Regularly report the problems encountered in the project operation to GM, and participate in major commercial and public relations activities authorized by GM on behalf of the company
• Cooperate with other teams to carry out extensive project cooperation

• The qualities needed: Integrity, responsibility, team sense of honor
• Strong logical thinking ability, able to think in others' position
• Familiar with Cambodian internet or have working experience in news media
• More than 3 years experiences in company management, operation and promotion
• Have strong executive ability and anti-pressure ability, and can adapt to the fast-paced working mode; we focus on experience and ability and salary is negotiable
