A global manufacturer of sanitation and hygiene products. They are looking for a qualified person to fill the position of General Manager who will be in charge of subsidiary in Cambodia, managing financial, human resources, operations and all business planning affairs and strategies, responsible for achieving sales target and ensuring optimal business productivity. She/He will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Lead and/or provide guidance in developing business improvement projects/initiatives across the country
• Be responsible for managing financial, human resources, operations and all business planning affairs and strategies
• Be responsible for achieving sales target
• Formulate business strategies and execute the brand planning and programs to maximize business growth and brand equity
• Monitor sales and revenue for long term business development.
• Undertake market and business analysis to understand the competition landscapes
• Develop, monitor, review and report on all sales and marketing activities and results
• Provide sales leadership to the internal sales team, distributors/wholesalers to inspire high levels of motivation and teamwork and ensure optimal business productivity

• At least bachelor degree holder in Business, Marketing or related discipline
• Very strong communication skills with excellent command of English (Japanese skill is added advantage)
• Experience of the F&B industry or healthcare industry
• International sales or business development experience
• Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
• Strong organizational, time management and analytical skills
• Reliable, flexible, honest and professional work ethics
• Able to work under high pressure and tight deadlines
