The GEP Teacher will be responsible for the early Childhood Education skills and the early Childhood Educator Assistant skills.

• Teach English subject to children (age 7-18)
• Prepare lesson plans, homework and test
• Assess and evaluate student knowledge
• Incorporate technology into teaching
• Provide a safe and warm learning environment
• Build student’s self-esteem and good character
• Provide extra support to weak students
• Report student progress to parents (i.e. Parent Teacher Conference)

• Bachelor Degree
• Need patience and understanding in their daily jobs
• Need to understand how to select developmentally appropriate materials and equipment and work cooperatively with parents to develop education plans
• Know how to use assessment tools, enforce rules and communicate effectively with young children
• Be able to use and incorporate technology into the classroom
• Teach English subject to children (age 7-18)
