Thalias is a leading company in the Cambodian hospitality industry. The incumbent will be responsible for developing collaterals in line with company guidelines upon the request of department heads or outlets.

• Develop concepts for marking collaterals
• Provide designs to meet the instructions and specifications from requesting departments/outlets
• Ensure all collateral designs and printing meet quality standards
• Maintain organized file of artwork and designs
• Coordinate collateral production with requested departments/outlets and printing house
• Responsible for monitoring all deadlines for design, artwork and printing

• Diploma/Bachelor degree—preferably in graphic design, advertising, communications or similar discipline
• Extensive experience and proficiency with current graphic design software and tools including Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Photography
• Superior conceptual and critical-thinking abilities
• Desire and ability to solve problems through creative thinking; self-motivated
• Ability to work well with others as part of a team, excellent verbal communications and interpersonal skills
• Familiar with MAC operating system
