• Welcome, greet and seat all guests
• Greet guest upon their departure all the way to their vehicles and bid a farewell
• Control the phone reception at the front desk
• Follow up reservation book and circulate the order
• Attend promptly to customer’s inquiries and assist with the needs
• Check that all is prepared before guests arrive
• Promote all the facilities of the restaurant and know the surroundings areas when asked for directions
• Prepare and distribute welcome drink, cold towels and menus
• Handle the complaints of guests
• Assist service staff in presenting menu if needed
• Assisting in organizing the functions and shows
