One international bank in Cambodia is looking for Head of Credit Risk Management.

The Head of Credit Risk Management will be in charge of corporation/consumer banking credit risk management, including drafting and executing related policies, do strategic planning to increase credit management efficiency and quality. 

10 years of relevant experience, of which at least 5 years should be in a leadership role managing teams and projects.

Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus).

 

Draft and execute strategic plans and goals

  • Control department budget to ensure achieving department goals
  • Plan and executing related credit policies to assist credit business development
  • Draft and execute credit audit policies to comply with regulations, lower credit risk, and increase assets quality
  • Manage loan to ensure credit assets’ quality
  • Execute performance management and training for subordinates, improve their professional ability and team performance
  • Credit Risk comment on loan facility
