Our client is a large size commercial bank in Cambodia. They are looking for a Head of Marketing & Corporate Communication who will lead and drive marketing and corporate communication team to ensure that the bank products and services are effectively communicated to the prospect. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Plan and manage marketing activities and budget through marketing strategy and direct the execution through a variety of marketing activities and channels
• Support client-facing employees across all of their in-person and digital sales process needs
• Support Banking's growing digital presence and continue to vet and roll out new technology and tools to improve activities of design and campaign
• Develop compelling content across relevant topics, and promote through multiple digital and off-line channels
• Continue to assess and evaluate marketing activities through analysis and reports
• Develop communication plans for the business and key senior level executives, provide communication support for strategic
• Recruit, coach, and develop marketing & corporate communication team

• 5+ years of previous marketing experience
• Understand and support the goals and direction of the business and market dynamics including financial performance, key objectives/challenges and competitive landscape
• Ability to quickly learn and understand the Banking's business model, products, and customers
• Proven leadership, people management, execution and influencing skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Excellent project management skills
• Strong time management, organizational, planning and follow-up skills; ability to multi-task effectively 
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and be proactive in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and partnership skills
