Our client is the market leading Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineering Solution provider in Cambodia. They are looking for Head of Treasury who will be in charge of supporting CFO by regularly providing recommendations and key performance indicators, use finance and accounting processes, generate financial reports that meet external and internal guidelines, so as to ensure business results are achieved with good control on costs and minimal risk exposure. He/She will be based in Phnom Penh.

• Control & Analyze cash flow management in order to have a good use of working capital and to minimize the finance cost
• Jointly review and develop Business Unit (BU)/Projects/Contracts strategy with CCFO in order to design cash flow models/rules by activities and improve the corporate cash flow
• Continue the analysis of cash flow versus budget and forecast, and highlight/issue early warning of shortage
• Coordinate with Group Treasury Center to ensure bank facilities put in place to supports the business requirement
• Manage all bonds and letter of credits within the facility line given by the Group
• Make the Report: reviews the monthly cash flow (indirect method) report with CCFO including the use of facilities and forecast
• Control risk: manage and review financial risks such as lowering foreign exchange exposure by means of hedging contract and commodities [policy will have to be designed and implemented]
• Perform other relevant tasks as required by Supervisor

Report to Chief Financial Officer

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accountancy
• At least 3 years relevant experience in Audit
• At least 4 years relevant experience in business controlling
• Fluent in English. (Reading, writing, speaking)
• Strong financial and accounting background
• Able to work in teams, a strong, mature, independent and analytical individual
