Renaissance Downtown Dubai: currently, we are looking for a candidate in the position Hostess. The Hostess will ensure guests satisfaction by providing excellent food and beverage service and maximize sales opportunities based on knowledge of company products; extend a friendly, competent and professional manner. To represent the Company and its standards in any task you perform.

• Deliver exceptional service in accordance to Renaissance Hotel standards and procedures
• Experience in guest services, with a strong knowledge of F&B background
• Consistently offer a professional, friendly greeting and engaging service by discovering all of the guests needs
• Excellent communication, guest service and time management skills
• Ensure to reach guest expectations and standards are consistently maintained
• Be flexible in assisting all areas of the venue
• Be able to answer phone calls and email from guests
• Confirm all reservations as to time and number of people in party
• Complete all the reservations in the system provided.
• Responsible for all the further reservations made during the evening
• Update reservations into the system.
• Extreme care and accuracy of all details is essential with prompt entry in the reservation system.
• Bid fond farewell to all the guests.
