The Hotel is a new construction of 33 individual luxurious modern bungalows, most of which with private swimming pools. The grounds spread on almost 2 hectares of shaded land, ideally located on the road to the temples. It is due to open late November 2015. 

MAADS, a company currently being setup by the founders/operators of several well-known boutique hotels, restaurants and shops in Cambodia, and soon in Yangon is looking for a General Manager for its new hotel in Siem Reap.

Previous experience of a luxury business opening or re-launching.

Fluent in English, French, Khmer or Chinese being a plus.

• Ensure highest guest satisfaction and top quality service at all times
• Financial targets reached within the first year of operations
• Adjust first year projections and establish budget and strategy for the next five years of operations
• Develop a privileged relationship with local and international business partners and guests
• Preparation for the hotel opening, establish a retro-planning ensuring the facility is operational on time
• Conduct sales and marketing towards Travel Agencies, setup Internet Distribution Systems, direct online booking system and room management software
• Recruit staff and supervise the training. Conduct all daily operations, supervise the staff and accounting, insure highest quality standards
• Supervise monthly report, annual budget and capital expenses forecast to owners
• Set up hotel market penetration strategy and action plan over 5 years

• Previous successful leading position in similar size and standing hotel
• Aged 35 to 50, extremely available
• Solid understanding of Cambodian tourism market trends, new communication and booking tools, online social networks
• Personally interested in international leisure travelling
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to lead a team of over 50 staff
• Passionate about Customer Service and luxury hospitality
• Perfectly able to manage budgets and control costs
• Extremely well organized, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks
