• Recruitment & development on recruitment and selection function
• Develop weekly and monthly reports for recruitment department
• Employee leaves, OT and attendance management system.
• Employee transfer and promotion processing and recording
• Employee Business Trip Management
• Keep updating the employee master list
• Perform other tasks assigned by manager and top management

• Proven working experience in retail HR Function
• Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business administration, finance or related field
• Effective communicator, both verbally and written in English or Chinese is prefer
• A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR matter
