DYNAMIC GROUP: Current;y, we are looking for an Internal Auditor. 

• Prepare annual auditor work plan according to risk-based approaches
• Updates internal audit manual on annual basis
• Conduct field work according to work plans
• Develop and update and Internal Audit Manual, audit programs/checklists and working papers
• Perform unannounced audit, special examinations, fraud investigations, and assignments at the request of the board
• Direct the overall performance of audit procedures, and defining issues
• Development criteria, review and analyze evidence, and document audit processes and procedure
• Communicate the results of audit projects via written reports and oral presentation to management and the board
• Provide internal audit reports to management and the board
• Maintain internal control systems by preparing and updating programs where necessary
• Provide quarterly updates to Board on the status of audit recommendations and any areas that could be cause of increasing risk
• Cooperate with external auditors and other external evaluator when required
• Other tasks assigned by management

• Corporation Affair Manager and Managing Director 

• Bachelor or Master of Business Administration or equivalent degree in the field of Accounting or finance; certification in the field of Auditing or Accounting (ACCA/CAT) is a plus
• Minimum 3 years of auditing experience or final management
• Good understanding of internal control, process and risk analysis
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Khmer and English
• Computer literacy in Ms. Office, E-mail and internet
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
