Our client is into Food Franchise business in Cambodia and many other countries as well. They are looking for an International Project Manager who will be responsible for store design, construction, and management for multi- site projects in Cambodia. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

Functional Responsibilities

• Ensure correct approvals are received
• Ensure projects are completed on time and budget
• Continuously seek to improve team’s performance in terms of quality, value engineering and sustainability
• Travel Requirements: Some travel within Cambodia and very occasionally overseas

Report to Managing Director 

• Bachelor degree or Master Degree in Civil Engineering, and/or related fields
• Experience of Managing Multi-site Projects
• Experience of working with Brands
• Design, Construction or Project Management Qualifications
• Good command in English
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent leadership skills, people management skills
