ICS International School is looking for an Inventory officer.

• Control and review staff uniform, student uniform, stationary, book and inventory for Canteen
• Daily-check all petrol issued card
• Daily-check receiving and store issued log book of store keeper
• Control items in ACCPAC
• Spot check physical count of inventory and non-current assets
• Month ended inventory movement report and clearance reconciliation
• Perform other tasks assigned by Supervisor or management

• Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
• Minimum 1-year experience as inventory controller or related field
• Independent and self-driven
• Must be a meticulous self-starter and have the ability to multi-task to meet tight timelines
• Good communication, problem solving and organizational skills
• Knowledge of computer skills (Spreadsheet/Accounting software, ACCPAC System familiar is advantageous)
• Must be honest, trustworthy and detail oriented
