Belt Road Capital Management (BRCM) is a private equity investment manager focused on the Greater Mekong Sub-Region. We partner with promising small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to support the achievement of strategic goals, facilitate sustainable growth and expand access to markets. 

As we are now aggressively expanding, BRCM is seeking Investment specialists for various positions to join the team.  As a member of our investment and consulting team, you will support the origination and execution of investments in Southeast Asia, including providing sector-wide advisory and consulting services.  The role will be based in Phnom Penh with occasional travel. 

• Conduct market research, screen potential investment targets and analyze potential investees, including financial analysis and valuation
• Assist the Senior Investment Officers in due diligence, with ad hoc financial analysis and financial modeling on transactions
• Support the writing of investment memos and research reports for the investment team
• Assist investment research in various sectors, including conducting primary and secondary research to support consulting engagements
• Develop a thorough understanding of local business markets and generate deal ideas in collaboration with the team

The Senior Investment Officers and will work closely with all members of Belt Road Capital Management’s investment and consulting team​

• Bachelor's Degree in Business/Finance or related field, MBA or CFA designation an advantage
• Strong analytical and technical skills in Excel (including financial modelling)
• Previous experience in real estate sector is a plus
• Fluent in Khmer and have excellent English abilities.  The Chinese language would be an advantage
• Proactive, high energy, self-confident and entrepreneurial mindset
• Ability to work autonomously and pro-actively and to take on responsibility quickly
• Naturally curious and enjoy solving problems
