Our client is a genuine vehicle and spare parts distributor in Cambodia. They are looking for an IT Manager who will manage and ensure the smooth running & well-functioning of the IT department. He/she will be based in Phnom Penh.

● Monitoring, managing, advising on all IT Infrastructures

● Monitoring, reviewing and ensuring effective implementation of IT Policies, SOPs and Manuals

● Planning, monitoring, managing and supporting all IT Projects and Systems

● Proposing, initiating, managing and budgeting all IT related planning, projects and systems

● Monitoring, managing, advising and resolving all IT ERP systems (Enterprise Resource Planning) and other related IT systems

● Designing, modifying and integrating IT system and database workflow to up-to-date with business process and structure

● Managing and resolving IT related matters and ensuring its compliance

● Developing and maintaining IT team's spirit, setting and evaluating IT team's KPI, job description, performance and development

● Maintaining and building good relationship and collaboration with departments and external partners

● Performing other tasks assigned by supervisor

To General Manager & President

● University degree in IT or other related fields

● At least 3-4 year experiences in IT field

● Excellent interpersonal skills and experience in dealing & negotiating with management & system administrator

● Broad knowledge & experience in IT service management, ERP system, IT Infrastructure, and IT Security

● Excellent supervisory and problem solving skills

● Good organizational of time management skills

● Project Management
