MAXK GROUP consists of four interactive business divisions in Cambodia: Maxk Dsign, Maxk Lighting, and Maxk Shop and Maxk Laminate. These multiple companies work together with a common goal: to become the brand of the future.

MAXK GROUP is seeking for IT Officer. The IT Officer will support, monitor and maintain computer systems and networks for the four divisions under Maxk Group.

• Troubleshooting system, network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
• Monitor on phone line system (PBX system) as well as phone extensions 
• Keep master Asset list and asset transfer form updated regularly
• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners etc.,
• Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions
• Act as a technical resource in order to assist users with resolving computer issues
• Ensure that all computers are secured effectively by installing and updating antivirus software
• Install and run network cable to destination PCs
• Set up, configure, and connect IP camera to smart phone or devices
• Analyze problems and manage preventative maintenance procedures
• Establish necessary security measures to prevent unauthorized access to the company server system
• Perform other tasks as assigned by Operations Manager

• Bachelor Degree of Information Technology/Computer Science
• Understanding on Internet Security & Mikrotik firewall concept
• At least two years of relevant experience
• Good experience in Hardware and Software troubleshoots
• Good commend in English language (Speaking, Writing and Listening)
• Highly responsible for accurate work completion to meet deadline
• Strong interpersonal communication skill, Be honest, teamwork
