IT Technician

One of the Cambodia’s leading IT solution providers company is looking for an IT Technician.

The IT Technician is responsible for installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks.

Fresh graduate dynamic is also encouraged to apply.

  • Maintain and support IT systems
  • Support and maintain end user requirements on a daily basis
  • Install new software releases & system upgrades
  • Participate in hardware and software purchasing processes
  • Follow all operational standards, policies, and procedures
  • Research current and potential resources and services
  • Performs back-up, recovery and systems monitoring
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and network operating system
  • Other tasks as assigned
