The Company has engaged with big projects of apartments and condominiums for most of the international clients. Phnom Penh Land Development is looking for a qualified and talented candidate of creativity and advancement, full of energy and positive thinking to fill in the vacant position as Junior Marketing Executive 1 post who meets the criteria as follows:

• Creating marketing campaigns and working with corporate partners (TVs, Radios, Social Event Organizers) to maximize brand awareness as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
• Producing accurate summary of total expense at the end of marketing campaign
• Preparing, planning and managing the distributions of publication materials such as brochures, leaflets, flyers, banners…etc
• Preparing and managing advertising schedule for advertising agency (magazines, newspapers, billboards, Digital billboards, etc.)
• Creating and developing new advertising concepts and drafting artworks to deliver marketing massage to the target customers
• Managing online marketing campaign and response to enquiries on Social Network Site (Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO
• Keeping accurate records of customer feedbacks and highlighting where variances occur
• Conducting market research for competitors, target customers and market segmentation as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO
• Updating and evaluating the effectiveness of all marketing activities
• Conducting research and survey for Marketing Manager and/or CMO to develop and implement new marketing projects and promotions
• Assisting in production of ongoing competitor analysis and reporting with particular references to pricing, presentations and promotions for Marketing Manager and/or CMO
• Performing other tasks as assigned by Marketing Manager and/or CMO

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• 2 years or more of experiences in similar role
• Knowledge of a marketing techniques and concepts
• Experiences with media and advertising agency
• Willing to learn and get more trained about marketing, advertisements and promotions
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive thinking, dynamic teamwork, self-motivation, time management, disciplinary, respectful, helpful, supportive, communicative, cooperative and result-oriented
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to work under pressure with high responsibility
• Excellent Khmer and English. Chinese is a plus
