The Position: We’re looking for graphic designers. The base pay range we are offering is $300-$600, depending on experience. With the possibility of earning performance bonuses. A $300 candidate would be a person with qualified training but little to no experience. A $600 candidate would be a team leader with a strong background of both design, layout, and website updating

• Modern equipment and creative tools. We use Apple iMacs for designers

• Create digital and print advertisements based on information from the customer, past work, and input from our Creative Director, sales, and design teams
• Design artwork using only client’s specifications and materials
• Candidate must manage their workload to a satisfactory level
• Candidate must be able to discuss design concepts with clients via phone, via email, and sometimes in person confidently

Bachelor's Degree

Experienced (Non-manager)

• Must have a good understanding of written and spoken English

• Applicants should be motivated, willing to work hard, exceptionally creative and committed to getting the job done
• Education or training in design, marketing, or advertising
• Must have a good understanding of written and spoken English
• Experience in using programs especially Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Be able to work overtime to meet deadlines
• Job requires some work on Saturdays
• Must be an excellent communicator and be proactive
• Must be able to arrive at work on time
• Must have a high attention to detail
• Must be flexible and open minded in the types of work performed
• Must be able to collaborate and work with a team
• Website updating and creation experience would be a plus!
