CAMS - Cambodia Airport Management Services Ltd is looking for Lost and Found Agent.

General Responsibilities:

• Shall provide services to all passengers and ensures that their needs are being fulfilled in accordance with baggage services lost & found procedure
• Shall inform the passengers clearly about the Lost & Found process regarding their difficulties
• Shall follow up the process of work until final solution and keeps passengers be informed
• Shall prioritize services to passengers based on airlines procedures
• Shall ensure professionalism and passengers satisfaction of services between Cambodia Airport and Airlines at all times
• Shall report to Lost and Found Controller (LFC) for operational matter and report directly to OSM in case of absence of LFC
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time by his/her immediate superior

 Job’s Requirements:

• Cambodian nationality and legal age
• Minimum Bachelor degree in related field
• Minimum two-year experiences related to customer services
• Proficiency in both speaking and writing in Khmer and English, knowledge of any other languages are an advantage
• Good knowledge in computer skills (Microsoft Offices, Internet & Email etc.….)
• Customer service orientation and be dynamic
• Must have honesty, integrity, courtesy
• Ability to work under pressure with less supervision and flexibility and willing to learn new things
• Good inter-personal skill, confident and motivated person
• Physically and mentally fit and can-do-attitude

Working Conditions:

• Working on shift (flexible working schedule rotating within 24h/7d)
• Wearing Uniform and individual safety equipment
• Subject to Security/Safety certification prior to the employment
